It’s the place where, according to legend, Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, emerged from the sea. It’s the place that Anthony gave as a gift to Cleopatra - and in our opinion and that of many other people, it’s one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean.
Cyprus has been invaded many times throughout its history and now has a strong British influence. However, no matter who has ruled this island, the majority of the population has always been Greek - and as far as we are concerned that always means a warm welcome and the finest hospitality we could wish for.
The island has long been a popular holiday destination because of its warm climate, beautiful scenery, kind people and varied cuisines - but it is now fast emerging as a first class golfing destination, with three excellent courses.
